945ph Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 945ph platform — including the website, mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 945ph support immediately. 945ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 945ph may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 945ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are among the e-wallet options available for eligible transactions, subject to current platform availability.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 945ph does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as deposit methods for betting or gaming purposes.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 945ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, online slots, eBingo, and esports each have their own set of rules that govern valid bets, payouts, and disputes. General Betting Rules

• A bet is considered confirmed only once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless 945ph determines that a bet was accepted in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect, or due to a technical fault.
• 945ph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a system error affecting odds or game outcomes, 945ph will investigate and may void affected bets. We will notify affected players through their registered contact details.

Live Betting

Live or in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. 945ph does not guarantee that your bet will be accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you submit it. In-play bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement, which may differ from the displayed price at initiation.

eBingo and Casino Games

945ph's eBingo and casino products operate using certified random number generation. All outcomes are independent of previous results. The house edge applies to all casino games, and no strategy guarantees a winning outcome. Play responsibly and within your personal budget.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 945ph balance are processed in Philippine Peso to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets you know to be unfairly advantageous.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 945ph content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 945ph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

945ph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and consistent service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues.

• 945ph is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, bet placement errors caused by connectivity issues on your end, or incorrect information entered by you during registration or betting.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, your failure to maintain account security, or bets placed in error by you.
• In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12 Account Termination

You may close your 945ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

945ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Belongs to a player who fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Shows evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
